Best Freezer Storage is a Miami, Florida cold storage and third-party logistics (3PL) provider. We operate a frozen food facility at 650 NE 185th St and a dry food facility at 555 NE 185th St Ste 107, Miami, FL 33179, serving food importers, distributors, manufacturers and e-commerce brands.
What services do you offer?
We provide frozen and dry warehousing, inventory management, order processing, pick and pack fulfillment, shipping coordination and shopping cart integrations. Products are stored in temperature-controlled areas and tracked from receiving to outbound delivery.
How do I book a truck delivery or pick-up appointment?
Use the online booking form for either the dry food or the frozen food facility. Choose inbound (delivery) or outbound (pick-up), enter your load details such as the number of pallets, then select an available date and time. Slot length depends on load size, so larger shipments receive longer dock windows.
What happens after I submit a booking?
Every request starts as Pending and receives a reference number by email. Our team reviews it and sends a confirmation once it is approved. If plans change, you can cancel at any time using the link in your email or the cancel booking page with your reference number.
What are your receiving hours?
Standard dock hours run on weekdays and may vary by facility, holidays and seasonal schedules. The booking calendar only shows days and times when the selected dock is open and has capacity, so the times you see are the times you can book.
